Purchasing

The Your Silver website is 100% secure and uses Paypal for card payments, we are 100% PCI DSS compliant.

​

There is no minimum order requirement. orders are accepted from all worldwide locations.

​

To make your purchase simply browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, some items offer variations in pack size. After adding all the items you need into your cart simply click on the cart icon to complete your checkout via Paypal.

​

Shipping

​

Shipping is FREE to mainland UK addresses only for orders over £50. For non-mainland UK there is a fixed International shipping fee. As standard, online orders placed before 2pm we will aim to dispatch the same day although there is no guarantee for this (stock & time permitting).

​

UK orders under £200 will be dispatched by 24 Hour Tracked delivery at a delivery charge of £3.99, UK orders in excess of £200 are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. On occasion we may use other couriers such as DPD who supply tracking with their service.

​

Items sent by Special Delivery are due to arrive by 1pm on the day after despatch in most of the UK. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local Sorting Office. A note will be left at your address by the postman. It is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the Sorting Office.

​

Orders out side the UK will be subject to a fixed 8.99 fee and will be shipped by International Tracked delivery.

​

PLEASE NOTE: These packages must be signed for at the destination address. Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your package, including leaving packages with your neighbours or leaving safe (ie. in shed). Please note you must specify any special delivery instructions when checking out so that we can include this information on the parcel label. The courier drivers are not permitted to follow any other instructions apart from the ones we supply them. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local courier depot. A note will be left at your address by the courier asking to arrange for a convenient re-delivery date. Packages that fail twice will be held at your local courier depot and is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the depot.

Delivery Schedule

​

We ship Monday to Friday but be aware we cannot guarantee same day dispatch & there may be processing & delivery delays. Royal Mail advise to allow 10 working days (25 days international) before an item is classed as lost in the post, if this period passes without delivery we will either resend or refund your order.

Out of Stock Items

​

 In the event you order an out of stock item we will contact you to advise as to when th estock is expected in so you can decide on whether to cancel your order or have it dispatched once it is back in stock.

Returns Policy

​

All returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order at the buyers expense, unless goods faulty. All returns must be packed properly to avoid damage or breakage. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. We shall not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage of goods in transit.

We shall not give Credit or Refund money for items which have been assembled unless the item is faulty on our part.

​

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of goods later than 28 days from the date of dispatch.
